The past and the present sees Boston present survey exhibition, Stone Clouds at Heide Museum of Modern Art, Melbourne (2023) following on with his first debut exhibition, This at CHAUFFEUR in Sydney (2024). In 1984 Boston was included in An International Survey of Recent Painting and Sculpture at the Museum of Modern Art, New York (MOMA).

Born in Melbourne, 1952 Boston is represented in all major Australasian public collections including Chartwell Collection / Auckland Art Gallery New Zealand, AGNSW, Sydney, NGA Canberra, NGV Melbourne, HEIDE, Melbourne, Monash, Victoria, GOMA, Brisbane and Art Gallery of Western Australia.
